  • Are any other accessories required to run the Healvet 3000 analyzer?
    Yes, it is recommended to order a centrifuge, a high-precision variable pipette, pipette tips, and blood collection/centrifuge tubes. You can select the Healvet bundle kit from the order form.
  • What is the delivery time?
    Healvet will dispatch orders received by 3:00 PM EST on the same day. Orders received after this time will be processed and shipped the next business day.
  • How to track my order shipment status ?
    Once we receive your order and payment, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can easily monitor the status of your shipment.
  • What are the Warranty Terms of Healvet ?
    All Healvet Analysers comes with 2 years standard Warranty from the date of installation or 25 months from the date of billing ( whichever comes first).
  • Is there any return policy for the tests?
    Healvet does not have a return policy for the test kits. We stand behind our products, and we will solve any issues regarding the kit's performance
  • I purchased the machine from another Healvet customer, Can I still claim the warranty ?
    As part of Healvet’s standard policy, our warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. We’ll be happy to assist you in getting your machine covered under warranty. (a nominal service fee may be charged) No Matter yu are first owner ot not we will stand by machines and support you for continuous usgae of the machine in its full capacity.
  • Is there any machine installation training for the new user ?
    We’re always happy to support you—whether you’re getting started with a new machine or onboarding new staff. Please fill out the service request form, email us at info@healvet.us , or call 213 877 0434. We’ll arrange an online demo for the machine at your convenience.
  • Is Healvet analysers need technician to install?
    All healvet machines come with plug-and-play mode. There is no technician needed. Once you get your analyzer plug it in and switch on, and you are ready
  • How often are the software updates ?
    We continuously improve the software by fixing bugs and incorporating market feedback. Most updates are minor and do not impact performance. For any major changes, we will notify you via email.
  • How we can update the software for the analyser ?
    We will send the software to you via email, which you can copy to a USB drive to perform the update. Alternatively, if the analyzer is connected to Wi-Fi, it will automatically detect and install new software updates.
  • Do we need to calibrate the machine frequently ?
    There is no need to calibrate the machine frequently. Each time the machine is switched on, it performs an internal quality check and displays any error messages if detected. After each test is completed, a test performance graph is displayed. You can order a QC card from us to perform a quality check every 4 months.
  • If I lost my ID chip, Could I get replacment?
    Yes, we can assist you at any time with downloading and installing a new ID chip to the machine.
  • How the results are taken out once the test is completed ?
    The Healvet 3000 Analyzer comes with a built-in printer. When you enter the patient’s name, the printout automatically includes the patient name along with other relevant details. We also offer optional PC-based printing software that allows you to transfer patient data from the device to a computer and print out using a standard printer.
  • what is the shelf life of the tests ?
    Healvet test kits come with 18-24 month shelf life at room temperature.
  • What is the Test Packing?
    Healvet Test standard packing is 10 tests in each box.
  • What is the Storage Temperature of the test?
    The kits can be stored at room temperature between 39°F and 83°F. Refrigeration is not required. If the kits have been stored in a refrigerator, allow them to return to room temperature before starting testing.

  • How are the results given after I complete the test?
    The results will be displayed on the machine screen using two commonly used metrics. You can print the test results by pressing the print button. The results are also stored in memory and can be exported to external media.
  • How do I save the results?
    The results will be saved automatically with name and date, and can be retrieved using the history option in the main menu
  • Do Healvet provide Loaner machine in case of Sevice issues ?
    Yes, Healvet committed to supporting all of our customers. To ensure your operations continue without interruption, we’ll provide a standby machine whenever service is needed.
